The staff were helpful, anticipating every need with such gentle care. our chosen dinner arrived hot and tasty. The food menu offered variety. the roomy bathroom was appointed well. i found the bed so comfortable and restful.
I noticed just a few cobwebs in the room. Perhaps it could use a more thorough cleaning.

my room was positioned directly adjacent to the exit door. this door experienced frequent usage by smokers, notably even during nighttime hours. i found the resultant noise levels from other occupants well past acceptable limits. twice.

The room was clean and a good size for my needs. The bed was very comfortable. The staff were helpful. Breakfast had a good choice. Food was very tasty too.
The room was located above the kitchen and had a loud extractor fan outside the window, it was quite disturbing

the location was perfect as it was close to where i needed to be. staff was friendly and really helpful, always attentive. the room was both comfortable and cozy. nothing seemed too much trouble for them, i appreciate it.
The room could benefit from deeper cleaning and a full refurbishment is desperately needed. i also noticed constant traffic noise. The road is very busy, and it seemed to worsen .

Breakfast was very good. I really liked it. The spacious room included chairs and a table. The parking was great as the overflow was close to my room.
My bathroom had issues. The grip rail on the bath was loose, I could not hold it. The seat on the toilet would not stay up, it was unusable for a male. The hotel decor felt very tired.
